Information on opening hours: preparation and follow-up time matter – patients cannot be admitted outside opening hours.

Note on acute problems: for emergencies such as pain or injury, please come to the surgery in the morning.

Information on planned matters: please schedule examinations and consultations for the afternoon, with notice – no acute cases at that time.

Waiting times: Familienpraxis Tirol does its best to keep waiting short, but asks for understanding when many patients come at once.

Note on prescriptions and referrals: many matters require a medical examination, especially for new patients.

Information on long-term medication: an initial consultation is required; order prescriptions in good time – shortages and supply problems are possible.
